To all

of

goodwill

Today, young Christians are seeing multitudes of churches to choose from, yet some, through God's grace, are seeking the one true Church that was founded by Jesus Christ. They are not interested in "prosperity gospel" preaching churches, with compromised versions of the faith and of Jesus. They seek for the one true Church, with the one true Faith, founded by Jesus.

For the love of Jesus, Christians of goodwill will hear His voice and seek out this one true Church. Jesus desires this perfect unity with us within His one true Church, but who will listen, who will seek out what Jesus desires?

Seek and you shall find the truth of God's love and salvation.

Christians

Made Perfect in one

Jesus wants Christians to be in perfect unity with Him. One faith, one Church, one Jesus. Not many versions of the faith, of the Church, and of Jesus.

Jesus knew this problem would happen and He spoke about it. Yet many Christians do not see this as a problem. They do not want to enter the one true Church. They only want a version of Jesus and His Church that is acceptable to them. It is a version only of the one true Christian faith. How can this be perfect and acceptable to Jesus.

Jesus is not about having versions of Himself. He is perfect and He wants us to be in perfect unity with Him. One God. One Faith. One Church. No versions.

Few Christians can accept this gathering inside the narrow gate, instead many scatter to form their own churches for their own versions of the faith.

"I in them, and thou in me; that they may be made perfect in one: and the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast also loved me." - John 17:23

"And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." - John 10:16

01

the church

The Church that Jesus built is supernatural. It is the Mystical body of Christ. It cannot be created or re-created by man. It cannot be broken away to form a separate supernatural church. It cannot be taken away like the Bible has, and used in man-made churches. Once Christians understand this, we understand why there can only be one true Church. Man is not God, that he can build what God has built. He cannot take from God what even the gates of hell cannot do.

Is your church supernatural? Start by asking who founded your church. Every church has a history. Can it be traced back to the Church Jesus built?

"And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." - Matthew 16:18

"Every one therefore that heareth these my words, and doth them, shall be likened to a wise man that built his house upon a rock, And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat upon that house, and it fell not, for it was founded on a rock." - Matthew 7:24-25

"One body and one Spirit; as you are called in one hope of your calling.  One Lord, one faith, one baptism." - Ephesians 4:4

02

Holy

The Church is Holy.

The Church of Jesus must be holy if we the people of God, are to join with God. Even though we are sinners, the Holy Spirit gives us graces for our sins to be cleansed and assist us (through the sacraments including Baptism, Confession, and the Eucharist), so that we may be sanctified in unity with Him.

The love Jesus has for His Church is like the bride of Christ. We must recognize that Jesus is loyal to His one true bride, and only she is made holy.

"Husbands, love your wives, as Christ also loved the church, and delivered himself up for it: That he might sanctify it, cleansing it by the laver of water in the word of life: That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any; such thing; but that it should be holy, and without blemish." - Ephesians 5:25-27

"Let us be glad and rejoice, and give glory to him; for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath prepared herself." - Revelation 19:7

03

apostolic succession

The Church is Apostolic.

Jesus chose twelve Apostles, but when there were 11, what did they do? They chose another one. As the faith spread, they choose more successors. In any institution, for it to exist, it has to have successions, this includes the Church. Since Jesus said His Church would prevail, the successors of Peter and the other Apostles, the Bishops of the Church still exist today through the line of apostolic succession.

The Pope (The Bishop of Rome):

"And he brought him to Jesus. And Jesus looking upon him, said: Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is interpreted Peter." - John 1:42

"And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." - Matthew 16:18

"He said to him the third time: Simon, son of John, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved, because he had said to him the third time: Lovest thou me? And he said to him: Lord, thou knowest all things: thou knowest that I love thee. He said to him: Feed my sheep." - John 21:17

Bishops:

"And they gave them lots, and the lot fell upon Matthias, and he was numbered with the eleven apostles." - Acts 1:26

"A faithful saying: if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work." - 1 Timothy 3:1

Priests:

"But this, for that he continueth for ever, hath an everlasting priesthood, Whereby he is able also to save for ever them that come to God by him; always living to make intercession for us." - Hebrews 7:24-25

"For this cause I left thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and shouldest ordain priests in every city, as I also appointed thee:" - Titus 1:5

the

The Magisterium of the Church (The Authority)

Many Christians do not want to believe in the authority of the Church because with authority there has to be obedience. Many are not willing to obey so they go off setting up their church instead of obeying the one true Church. Jesus gave the authority to the Apostles to be the custodian of His one true Church. Jesus did not give authority to just anyone holding the Bible and interpreting the Bible any way they wanted. At the time of the early Church there was no Bible, just the authority Jesus gave for His Church.

This Authority consists of the Pope along with all the Bishops of the Church.

Authority:

"And I will give to thee (Peter) the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven." - Matthew 16:19

Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained." - John 20:23

"Then calling together the twelve apostles, he gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases." - Luke 9:1

Obedience:

"Obey your prelates, and be subject to them. For they watch as being to render an account of your souls; that they may do this with joy, and not with grief. For this is not expedient for you." - Hebrews 13:17

Discipline:

And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed. Yet do not esteem him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. - 2 Thessalonians 3:14-15

"This testimony is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;" - Titus 1:13

"These things speak, and exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee" - Titus 2:15

"For what have I to do to judge them that are without? Do not you judge them that are within? For them that are without, God will judge. Put away the evil one from among yourselves" - 1 Corinthians 5:12-13

authority

the bible

Sacred Scriptures (The Bible)

Jesus founded His one true Church, not the Bible. It was the Church that compiled the first official Bible.

It was Pope St. Demises who commissioned St. Jerome to translate and compile all the trusted books written about Jesus into the Bible. The Vulgate Bible later became the official Latin Bible of the Church. The Rheims-Douay Bible was the first official Bible of the Church in English.

Today, many Christians take advantage of the Bible (the word of God) and use it as the authority. Jesus did not give this authority over the Church. Yet many will interpret the word of God in any way that want. If they don't like something they will say Jesus didn't "really" mean it. They will change the text, even remove books from the Bible, and create many other versions of the bible that is no longer the truth of the authentic Bible.

It is not logical to have two Christians holding their Bible saying they have the word of God yet have completely different views on the same verse or subject. It is logical to have the Church with its tradition and authority, to correctly interpret the Bible.

"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema." - Galatians 1:8

"And if he will not hear them: tell the church. And if he will not hear the church, let him be to thee as the heathen and publican." - Matthew 18:17

06

tradition

Sacred Tradition

What Christ said and did along with the Apostles, formed the tradition of the Church. From the beginning, the Church's tradition had already started. We can find this one true Church by tracing the current traditions of their successors the bishops and priests of this day, back to Jesus and the Apostles.

Tradition does not mean everything has to be written down, it is also by word and action of Jesus and the Apostles which have been passed down to today's bishops. Therefore what the Church teaches before is the same as what the Church teaches today.

"For I delivered unto you first of all, which I also received: how that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures:" - 1 Corinthians 15:3

"Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle." - 2 Thessalonians 2:15

But there are also many other things which Jesus did; which, if they were written every one, the world itself, I think, would not be able to contain the books that should be written." - John 21:25

07

Catholic

The Church is Catholic

When Jesus said I will build my Church and also go teach to all nations. This Church would have to be catholic, to be open to all people, all over the world. This catholic Church would also have to have everything we need for our salvation including the fullness of the truth.

Which Church is this?

Around 110 AD, Saint Ignatius the Bishop of Antioch first described the Church as Catholic meaning the universal Church because though there were many churches, they were all Christians of the one faith and the one authority.

Some Christians say the Church is invisible. Jesus wants us to be one, but we cannot see the true Church if it is invisible. This is like saying the true Church is silent. God created us to hear and see.

When we see the Church, we see those who want to be inside the Church - the one body of Christ, and those who build their own churches and claim to be part of the one true Church.

Jesus never built an invisible Church, if this were the case we would not see multitudes of man-made churches with their different teachings.

We can see the visible one true Church and we can also see the false ones.

"Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." - Matthew 28:19

"Now the church had peace throughout all Judea, and Galilee, and Samaria; and was edified, walking in the fear of the Lord, and was filled with the consolation of the Holy Ghost." - Act 9:31

08

The word Pope is translated from Papa in Latin meaning father, this is used as a sign of reverence and authority in the Church. (Not to be confused With God the Father.)

Many Christians, do not want to accept the authority of the Church and the Pope. Many say the authority ends with Peter.

Consider every functioning organization, there is a leader, and as time passes there is always a replacement. A ship has a captain, a company has a CEO, a university has a Chancellor, and so on. So when Jesus gave Peter the position of the rock, there would also be replacements for this position - the Pope (through Apostolic succession). Even false Christian churches have leadership successions. To think the One true Church cannot have one line of unbroken successions back to Peter the Rock would be irrational. Jesus said the Church would always prevail and assigned Peter as custodian to teach (feed the sheep) and preserve and protect the faith. Succession in Popes fulfills this role.

Throughout the history of the Church, there have been many schisms and new false churches created. Everyone claims to be the Church of Jesus. The way to see the visible Church of Jesus is the visible Pope. Many break away from the Church but the Pope is not with them. The Pope is always with the Church. One schism had occurred separating their churches away from the Pope and the one true Church. So instead, they created their own pope. The difference here is there is no continuous apostolic succession.

Wherever the Pope is, there is the Church. Even if there was a man-made church that tried to copy the exact same faith, they would be unable to do so. The faithful sheep hears Jesus' voice and recognize the one true Church through the Pope.

He said to him the third time: Simon, son of John, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved, because he had said to him the third time: Lovest thou me? And he said to him: Lord, thou knowest all things: thou knowest that I love thee. He said to him: Feed my sheep." - John 21:17

"And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." - John 10:16

09

the Pope

The Eucharist

The greatest miracle on Earth, performed at every Mass by the priest are the words of Institution: "This is My Body." - "This is My Blood." This process is called transubstantiation, which is the changing of bread and wine to the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is called the Eucharist. The appearance is still bread and wine but the substance has changed whether we choose to believe it or not. God does not lie.

Many Christians say they believe in Jesus - that the Bible is the word of God, but when it comes to the hard teachings they do not trust Him. Even when Jesus said, "Amen, amen I tell you..." They deny Him by saying He didn't really mean it, that it was only figuratively speaking. Yet to have life in us we must believe and those who believe are found inside the one true Chruch.

We are human, we are not like God, that we should understand. We must trust in Jesus as Peter trusted, though he did not understand.

"But he that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven." - Matthew 10:33

"Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven." - Matthew 7:21

"Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up in the last day." - John 6:53-54

"Many therefore of his disciples, hearing it, said: This saying is hard, and who can hear it? But Jesus, knowing in himself, that his disciples murmured at this, said to them: Doth this scandalize you?

"Then Jesus said to the twelve: Will you also go away?" - John 6:67

"And Simon Peter answered him: Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life." -John 6:68

No salvation outside

Outside the Church, there is no salvation

This is the truth about Jesus' One True Church. Jesus built His Church so that we may be One in unity with Him. Within the Church, we have all the things we need for our salvation. We have the faith, the Magisterium, the Bible, the Tradition and the Sacraments. Equally important is the Church itself, It is supernatural - the Mystical Body of Christ which binds us to Christ. Being outside the Church is being outside the Mystical Body of Christ. Outside the Church, there are only man-made churches that are not One with God. Salvation can only be found inside the Church. This the purpose of the one true Church to be made perfect in One with Christ.

The Church is not an exclusive club, it is for everyone. The issue is many people do not want to be part of His Church. Even many Christians do not want it, they want a version of His Church that is acceptable to them. Hence there are multitudes of different man-made churches claiming to be part of the Body of Christ.

Many if not all churches have taken the Bible from the Church to use for their man-made churches. Some churches have almost everything the One true Church has. Broken-away Bishops and priests, take with them the Bible, the sacraments, and even the Eucharist. However, the one thing they cannot take with them is the supernatural Church built by Jesus. Their churches are and will always be man-made. No matter how well they run their churches or how seemingly good they are. How can Christians claim to be with Jesus, yet refuse (through disobedience) His one holy Church and go off with the Church's Bible and set up their own churches? These Christians scatter with thousands of man-made churches.

Those who hear truly hear Jesus' voice, will find their way home to the one fold - the One true Church.

"And other sheep I have, that are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd." - John 10:16

"Jesus answered them: I speak to you, and you believe not: the works that I do in the name of my Father, they give testimony of me. But you do not believe, because you are not of my sheep. My sheep hear my voice: and I know them, and they follow me." John 10:25-27

"He that is not with me, is against me: and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth." - Matthew 12:30

11

The Church is One

Perfect Unity is not about getting along with each other, with different churches having different teachings. It is not. The Body of Christ is One Body, One Church. One Faith. No versions of the Church, this is not perfect unity.

Jesus built one Church for the perfect unity of all Christians. Let us not be Christians who pick and choose man-made churches that suit us. Instead, choose the one true Church that Jesus has built for us.

God the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit are One. How can Christians be one with God when they do not even want to be inside the One true Church? Inside this Church, we are One with each other - "That they may be one."

Inside the Church, there is one leader, the Pope - the rock, the foundation upon which the Church was built as intended by Jesus. The Pope is the visible sign of the One true Church from the beginning to this day.

The Church is one in faith. This is the purpose of the One True Church. Jesus did not intend for many churches with different variations of the faith.

The One True Church that will "always prevail", has "one" unbroken line of apostolic succession tracing back to Jesus.

Jesus desires perfect unity with Him and  His One True Church. To all Christians of goodwill, will you seek out this One True Church?

"And the glory which thou hast given me, I have given to them; that they may be one, as we also are one: I in them, and thou in me; that they may be made perfect in one: and the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast also loved me." - John 17:22-23
